Delete your account de Pleloot

Pleloot is a personal finance app developed by Pleyx Team.

You can delete your account and all your data whenever you want, without writing to anyone and without explaining yourself. Here’s how, and exactly what gets erased.

From the app, in four taps

  1. Open Pleloot and tap your avatar, arriba a la derecha, para entrar en Ajustes.
  2. Scroll down to the Cuenta.
  3. Toca Eliminar cuenta.
  4. Confirm. The deletion is immediate and cannot be undone.

If you no longer have the app installed

Escribe a soporte@pleloot.com from the same email address you use to sign in to Pleloot, asking for your account to be deleted. We process it within 30 days at most.

We ask you to write from that address because it’s how we check the account is yours. Without that check, anyone could ask for someone else’s account to be deleted.

What gets erased

Deleting your account erases everything, with no way to recover it:

It’s erased in both places at once: on your phone and on our servers.

What we keep, and for how long

Nothing of yours. Only two things remain, and neither identifies you or contains any information about your money:

If you used the assistant, Anthropic — the provider that generates the answers — may keep the messages for a limited time for operational reasons and abuse prevention, under its own terms. It does not use them to train its models.

Erasing your data without deleting the account

If you want to start over but keep your Pleloot account:

  1. Open Pleloot and tap your avatar, top right.
  2. Go to Your data.
  3. Tap Start from scratch.
  4. Confirm. It cannot be undone.

Erased: your transactions, your accounts and their balances, your savings goals and their contributions, your subscriptions and your wishlist. If sync is on, they’re erased from the cloud too as soon as the app reconnects.

Kept: your account and your email, this month’s budget, the categories you created, your name and profile photo, and your Pleloot Pro subscription if you have one. If you want all of that gone too, what you’re after is delete the account.

Taking your data with you first

In Settings › Your data › Export you can pull your transactions into a CSV file that opens in any spreadsheet. Worth doing before you erase anything: afterwards there’s no way to get them back.
